The location is ideal if you need to be near Downtown Cleveland. The staff were awesome and the mattress seemed new. Everything was clean and comfortable and I just felt really at home. Located in a safe and thriving neighborhood. I found my new getaway and will be recommending!

The staff was excellent I did get the girls name that was there when I checked out she did an outstanding job and was very helpful if I needed anything.

Just an older hotel feel is all nothing really will jump out as wow there but it was quiet and located where I wanted to he so it was convenient to my needs
